Danish vocabulary for Prøve i Dansk

There is no official list. What matters is the vocabulary that keeps coming up at this level, grouped by theme so you can work through one topic at a time instead of a flat list.

By theme, and by how often they turn up at PD2 and PD3 level. Each word is shown inside a full sentence rather than as an isolated translation, so you learn the word and its context together.

Each word and sentence is spoken by a Danish neural voice, so you hear the same pronunciation on any device — including the sounds hardest to guess from spelling, like the soft d in affald.

PD2 leans towards everyday life — housing, shopping, work routines, family. PD3 moves into opinion and abstraction: sustainability, the labour market, health, culture.

Learn the gender with the word, never after it. Every noun here is shown with its article — en ansættelse, not ansættelse — because the pair is what you need under exam pressure.
